Run2 is entirely agnostic as to age, sex, ability, disability, creed, colour, religion… you get the idea. All that we ask is that you aim to run with a smile on your face, that you are welcoming to anyone that wants to join our community and that (within reason) you put helping others to complete a run before your own goals for any given Run2.

You also need to complete each Run2 without mechanical assistance. Disabled participants excepted (wheelchairs, prosthetic limbs, etc do not fall foul of the rules!), you must use only the power of your body and mind to finish a route in the allotted time. We love bikes, commuter scooters, unicycles and hoverboards but their time and place is not on a Run2… Piggy backs and wheelbarrow races are actively encouraged, however…
